Meet Rules

1.   The SWPA Pony Meet and its staff are not responsible for any attendee’s personal property and are not liable for any damages to such property. We are not responsible for any attendee’s personal conduct. We will assist law enforcement to the best of our abilities, should they be called for any investigations.

2.   Theft, vandalism, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Any attendee found doing so will be asked to leave, banned from all future events, and reported on the MLPTP and MLP Arena trader support forums and Bad B/S/T - MLP & Other Toys on Facebook. Local police will be contacted, if necessary.

3.   Please conduct yourself respectfully of all attendees, both personally and of their property. No hate speech will be tolerated, including but not limited to comments based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or political affiliation. Treat everyone and their items as you would want yourself and your items to be treated.

4.  Anyone intending to sell at the meet must purchase a vendor table. This helps to support the expenses that the meet host incurs. Attendees wishing to trade may bring one grocery store-sized tote bag of items (not IKEA-sized, standard reusable tote size). You may not sell from your bag. This keeps things fair for sellers who have purchased tables.

5.   Each vendor is entitled to set his/her own sale/trade prices and terms. It is not acceptable to berate any vendor if you do not like their prices or terms. Again, be respectful.

6.   While the meet venue is licensed to sell alcohol, the meet itself is drug- and alcohol-free. The venue bar downstairs is for members only, and meet attendees are not permitted to go downstairs to order drinks.

7.   Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only at the event. There will be a designated smoking area outside of the main entrance.

8.   Children are held to the same basic standards as all other attendees. Parents/guardians should supervise their children at all times during the meet.
