1. The SWPA Pony Meet, its staff, and the venue management and staff are not responsible for any attendee’s personal property and are not liable for any damages to such property. We are not responsible for any attendee’s personal conduct.
2. The SWPA Pony Meet is a private event that requires paid admission. Meet staff reserve the right to deny entry to or revoke attendance for anyone in violation of these rules. We will assist law enforcement to the best of our abilities, should they be called.
3. Please conduct yourself respectfully of all attendees, both personally and of their property. The SWPA Pony Meet has a zero tolerance policy for hate speech, including but not limited to comments based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or political affiliation. Treat everyone and their items as you would want yourself and your items to be treated.
4. Theft, vandalism, and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave, banned from all future events, and reported on the MLPTP and MLP Arena trader support forums and Bad B/S/T - MLP & Other Toys on Facebook. Local police will be contacted, if necessary.
5. Anyone intending to sell at the meet must purchase a vendor table. This helps to support the expenses that the meet staff incurs. Attendees may share table space, and arrangements are to be made between the sharing parties.
6. Attendees wishing to trade may bring one standard-sized backpack or tote bag of items. You may not sell from your bag. This keeps things fair for sellers who have purchased tables.
7. Each vendor is entitled to set their own sale/trade prices and terms. It is not acceptable to berate any vendor if you do not like their prices or terms. Again, be respectful.
8. NO AI-GENERATED/ALTERED ARTWORK! Not only is AI "art" extremely detrimental to the environment, but it also steals from the living, breathing artists who have helped to build and shape our fantastic collecting community.
9. No explicit or controversial content is permitted, including sexual or politically-charged content. Our attendees include all ages and backgrounds, and such content is not appropriate in this setting. If in doubt, please see a staffer.
10. The meet is drug- and alcohol-free, and smoking/vaping is permitted outside only, away from the main entrance.
11. No pets are permitted at the event. This rule is not applicable to service animals, as defined by the ADA.
12. Children are held to the same basic standards as all other attendees. Parents/guardians should supervise their children at all times during the meet.
13. Meet staff prefers to leave a clean and tidy space at the close of the meet. Please ask a staffer how you can help if you are able.
14. Photos and videos of the event are encouraged for personal use only and may not be used for profitable opportunities. Any content posted to the Facebook group may be used for the meet website and event promotion. All minors' faces are obscured before being posted on-site. Adults should see the meet host if they wish to also be obscured.
Please contact meet staff with any questions or concerns or email ponymeetswpa@gmail.com.
