General Admission
$20
Includes:
Event entry at 10:00 AM
Pizza/sub lunch and all-day potluck
3 raffle tickets
Children age 12 & under are admitted for free.
Vendor Admission
$30
Includes:
Event entry at 8:00 AM to set up
One six-foot table space
Pizza/sub lunch and all-day potluck
5 raffle tickets
Additional tables can be purchased for $10 each.
All attendees are required to pay for admission in advance unless prior arrangements are approved by the meet host.
This is a child-friendly event, but there are not child-specific games or activities in place at this phase in planning. Please refer to the Meet Rules for further info.
There are 24 vendor tables available for this year's meet.
Pizza/sub lunch cost is included in your admission fee.
Everyone is asked to bring a side, snack, or dessert for the potluck. The venue does have coolers available.
Vendors may enter the venue at 8:00AM.
Vendors should be packed up and leave the venue by 6:00PM.
General admission attendees may enter the venue at 10:00AM.
The meet will end at 4:00PM. Cleanup help is appreciated.
