Additional tables can be purchased for $10 each.
All attendees are required to pay for admission.
Admission must be paid in advance unless prior arrangements are approved by the meet host.
Children up to age 12 are admitted for free.
This is a child-friendly event, but there are not child-specific games or activities in place at this phase in planning. Please refer to the Meet Rules for further info.
There are 15 vendor tables available for this year's meet.
Pizza/sub lunch cost is included in your admission fee.
Everyone is asked to bring a side, snack, or dessert. The venue does have refrigerators.
Vendors may enter the venue at 12:00PM.
Vendors should be packed up and leave the venue by 10:00PM.
General admission attendees may enter the venue at 2:00PM.
The meet will end at 8:00PM. Cleanup help is appreciated.
